Mr. Marlowe concentrates in mergers and acquisitions (buying and selling businesses), business and contract law, and personal injury (especially high-exposure uninsured defense and insurance defense). He has more than 35 years of experience as a complex commercial litigator with extensive experience in employment, creditor-related bankruptcy, and technology law and has actively practiced in every federal and bankruptcy court in the State of Florida and has appeared in federal or bankruptcy courts in Georgia, Texas, Ohio, New York, and Delaware. He works closely with litigation co-counsel on behalf of his business clients that require litigation.

Mr. Marlowe is a graduate of the University of Florida where he was an editor of the University of Florida Law Review. He has been a shareholder and/or equity partner at large Florida and out-of-state law firms, including Fowler White and what now is Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr. He has been rated "AV" (the highest rating) by Martindale since 1995 where he is a Platinum Client Champion.
