Dennis VanDerGinst is the President and CEO of VanDerGinst Law, a nationally recognized personal injury firm that has represented over 50,000 clients across the country. Licensed in Illinois, Iowa, Washington D.C., and various federal courts, he earned his law degree from DePaul University in Chicago and has spent his career advocating for those harmed by negligence or wrongdoing.

His work spans a wide range of injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, and workplace injuries. With numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements, Dennis is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been recognized by National Trial Lawyers in several high-impact categories.

Dennis has received the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics, AVVO’s Client’s Choice Award, and Martindale-Hubbell’s Client Champion designation.
