About Eric Schreiber

Eric A. Schreiber brings more than twenty eight years of accomplished legal experience to his practice in California, where he has been admitted to the bar since December 1997. He is also licensed to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Schreiber has handled significant cases before the California Supreme Court and Court of Appeal that have shaped California precedent, including Snowney v. Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc., Apple, Inc. v. Superior Court, and Kathleen Riley v. Hilton Hotels Corporation, among others.

Mr. Schreiber’s academic achievements reflect a deep commitment to excellence. A graduate of Loyola Law School, he earned multiple American Jurisprudence Awards in areas such as Evidence, Federal Estate and Gift Tax, Criminal Justice, and Property. He was repeatedly named to the Dean’s Honor List and received the Loyola Law School Academic Scholarship. His contributions to the Loyola Law Review included service as both a staff member and Note and Comment Editor. He graduated in the top five percent (5%) of his law school class and graduated both Cum Laude and Order of the Coif, as well as being included in membership in the prestigious St. Thomas Law Honor Society and a member of Alpha Sigma Nu.

Highly regarded by his peers, Mr. Schreiber was recognized in the Super Lawyers Southern California Edition as a Rising Star in Business Litigation in both 2011 and 2012. He was also listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers from 2007 to 2011, underscoring his standing in the legal community.
