About Harold G. Drain

Harold Drain approaches advocacy with the quiet resolve of one who understands both the letter of the law and the communities it serves. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma in 1996, he pursued legal study at the University of Tulsa College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 1999. Since that time, Mr. Drain has appeared before courts across Oklahoma and the federal bench, bringing a meticulous eye and steadfast temperament to every matter entrusted to him.

Mr. Drain is admitted to all Oklahoma state and municipal courts, the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His dedication to professional service is reflected in two consecutive terms as Canadian County Delegate to the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Annual Meeting (2017 and 2018), as well as his leadership as Canadian County Law Day Chair (2023 and 2024). A member of the Robert J. Turner American Inns of Court, he values mentorship and collegial discourse as cornerstones of a well‑tempered bar.
