Brian, a Jacksonville native, has devoted his legal career to advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries in his community. His legal journey began at Weitz & Luxenberg, a mass tort firm in New York City, where he fought against major corporations on behalf of asbestos exposure victims. After earning his law degree with honors from the University of Florida, he joined Levin Papantonio Rafferty, one of the nation’s largest personal injury firms, where he worked on cases involving harm caused by Bayer Pharmaceuticals’ birth control drugs Yaz, Yasmin, and Ocella. Now back in Jacksonville, Brian continues to take on powerful entities—such as auto manufacturers, healthcare systems, and media companies—while raising three children with his wife, Katherine.
