Michael Mayoral, Esq., co-founder and shareholder of Perez Mayoral, P.A., plays a key role in leading the firm’s Homeowners and Condominium Association Litigation Practice Group. A seasoned trial attorney, he has built a reputation as a formidable advocate in association law while also handling a broad spectrum of business and insurance litigation throughout South Florida. His extensive courtroom experience, coupled with a deep understanding of governance and property disputes, enables him to provide strategic legal solutions to condominium and homeowners’ associations facing complex challenges.

Michael’s legal career spans diverse practice areas, from representing plaintiffs in high-stakes litigation to defending individuals, businesses, and associations in insurance and liability disputes. Before co-founding Perez Mayoral, P.A., he gained invaluable experience as a trial attorney at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, refining his litigation skills through numerous jury trials. His academic achievements include earning his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and a magna cum laude Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Economics from Florida International University. Today, his practice extends beyond association law, representing a diverse client base, including real estate investment trusts, foreign corporations, and closely held businesses in complex commercial disputes.
