Ramil Kaminsky is the Founder and Managing Partner of RAK Law. With over 200 cases tried and several impactful appeals, he consistently secures favorable outcomes for his clients.

A first-generation American, Mr. Kaminsky is the son of Jewish Uzbek immigrants who fled Soviet persecution. Growing up in Brighton Beach, NY—“Little Moscow”—he gained a deep appreciation for freedom and the American dream. After moving to Tampa during high school, he attended the University of South Florida, earning dual degrees in Psychology and Biomedical Sciences, and later earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Mr. Kaminsky began his career defending nursing homes, then transitioned to in-house roles, first at Avatar Insurance, where he streamlined claims processes, and later at a statewide roofing and restoration company, where he developed and managed legal operations. After the passing of the owner, he founded RAK Law in 2019, focusing on contractors, roofers, and business owners.

Committed to transparency and practicality, Mr. Kaminsky educates clients on legal compliance and offers candid advice, grounded in his motto: “I’m not here to sell you dreams but to provide the reality.” As both an attorney and a small business owner, he brings a unique, empathetic perspective to his clients' needs.
