About Vincent Sorrentino
Vincent Paul Sorrentino earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from UCLA, where he excelled both academically and athletically. During his time at UCLA, he played club baseball, leading the nation in regular-season stolen bases and ranking in the top 10 across multiple statistical categories. After a brief stint in low-level professional baseball, he began his professional journey as an engineer in San Diego, California.
Motivated by a desire to make a greater impact in people's lives, Vincent transitioned to law, earning the prestigious Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholarship to attend California Western School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude a semester early, ranking in the top eight of his class. During law school, he consistently demonstrated academic excellence, earning the highest grades in approximately 30% of his courses, contributing to the school’s Law Review Journal, and gaining valuable courtroom experience through trial competitions and Superior Court appearances as a Certified Law Clerk.
Vincent’s legal experience includes working with a Federal Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and attorneys across various fields, including patent prosecution and personal injury litigation. Early in his legal career, he focused on labor and employment defense litigation at a prominent firm in San Diego.
Vincent is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, and Nebraska, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Since founding Sorrentino & Associates PC, he has taken on leadership roles across multiple firms and maintained a robust practice in all areas of civil litigation.
