Stuart Collis is a well-qualified attorney with licenses to practice in Michigan, New York, and Illinois, as well as before the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, Southern District of Indiana, Tax Court, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his degrees from the University of Michigan and Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he was a member of the law review and graduated cum laude.

Mr. Collis has delivered presentations on animal law at the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association's semi-annual conference and has served as both a speaker and moderator for Michigan’s Institute of Continuing Legal Education on various legal topics. With over twenty years of experience in civil litigation, family law, and criminal law, he is particularly noted for his knowledge in collections.

As a trained mediator well-versed in case evaluation procedures, Mr. Collis has also been active in several state and national organizations, including NARCA, WCBA, MCBA, and the Michigan Department of Agriculture’s Companion Animal Committee. He is a prolific writer with extensive publications and has developed and conducted numerous educational programs for various organizations.
