About Jordan D. Howlette

After a successful five-year tenure as a trial attorney in the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), where he adeptly handled numerous civil tax cases across the nation, securing substantial judgments and championing fair justice, Attorney Jordan D. Howlette launched JD Howlette Law and its civil rights arm, Justly Prudent. His experience in federal court litigation encompasses a deep understanding of the nuances in handling complex, high-value civil disputes, intricate legal frameworks, and a diverse range of stakeholders.

A 2016 cum laude graduate of New England Law | Boston and a United States Army veteran, Mr. Howlette furthered his credentials with a Master's in Business Administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University in 2019, while still with the DOJ.
