About Antonio Miguel Ocasio
Antonio boasts over two decades of experience providing legal counsel and strategic guidance to multinational corporations, private equity funds, and family investment offices. Before establishing Aragon a decade ago, he played a pivotal role at Walmart Stores, initially as Senior Counsel and subsequently as Assistant General Counsel. In these capacities, he led a team dedicated to supporting the company's real estate and construction divisions.
Antonio's legal prowess spans corporate law, real estate, and mergers and acquisitions. His career commenced at Hogan Lovells/Barrera Siqueiros y Torres-Landa in Mexico City, followed by an associate position at Haynes & Boone's International Investment Practice. Beyond his professional endeavors, Antonio is deeply involved in the community and the arts. He was a Charter Member of the Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art (Hudson Valley MOCA) Board of Directors and contributed his expertise to the Board of Directors of SCO-Family Dynamics. Presently, he holds board positions in several privately owned enterprises and spearheads his firm's Diversity initiatives, demonstrating a commitment to both his field and his community.
