Founded by Haider Semaisim, Semaisim Immigration Law Office, PLLC (SILO), traces its origins to Haider's early legal career in Iraq, where he practiced criminal and divorce law starting in 2012. His journey led him to the United States in 2014, where he pursued further education at FXUA, obtaining a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics. His academic path continued at George Mason's Scalia Law School, culminating in passing the California state bar exam, where he is currently licensed to practice.
Driven by personal and observed experiences, Haider understands the complexities and challenges of immigration. This understanding inspired the establishment of SILO in 2021, with a focused mission to demystify immigration laws for clients.
