About Doug Coe

Doug Coe, a proud third-generation resident of Wichita, is deeply committed to assisting clients in organizing their affairs, ensuring they have the assurance that everything is meticulously planned and in place. Educationally, Doug's journey began at Wichita Collegiate School, followed by Trinity University, where he was a Baker Duncan Scholar. He then attended the University of Kansas School of Law, contributing significantly as the Managing Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy. In his early professional years, Doug gained a broad perspective on various legal cases at a leading regional firm. He later honed his practice experience in Tax, Trusts, and Estates as a local specialist at a national firm. Now, as the founder of Legacy Legal, LLC, Doug primarily focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust work, along with related legal areas. Beyond his legal career, Doug is actively involved in his community, supporting Hope Community Church, Young Life Wichita, and Wichita Collegiate School. On a personal note, Doug is happily married to Caitlin and is a proud father to two beautiful daughters.
