About J. Bart Denham

Denham Property and Injury Law was established by Bart Denham to champion the rights of those affected by property loss and personal injuries. A Lexington native, Bart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate from the Rosenberg College of Law.

His decision to pursue a legal career was inspired by his grandfather, Glenn Denham, a World War Two fighter pilot turned lawyer with 52 years of practice and a term as the president of the Kentucky Bar Association. Despite initially opting for a role as in-house counsel at a medical device company, drawn by his business background, Bart found himself unfulfilled and sought alternative areas of practice. Obtaining his Florida license, he delved into property loss litigation with a boutique firm in the Tampa Bay Area, relishing the challenges of the highly competitive jurisdiction.

Subsequently, Bart served as Of Counsel with a distinguished personal injury firm in his hometown of Lexington. He is deeply passionate about assisting victims of personal injury and property damage, driven by a desire to ensure people are aware of their rights in challenging situations. Bart is a staunch advocate for the rule of law, unwavering in his commitment to delivering justice and defending the rights of his clients. Beyond his legal endeavors, Bart finds joy in supporting the Kentucky Wildcats, participating in local road races reminiscent of his days as a former DI track and field athlete, and spending time with his Standard Poodle.
