Attorney Jason B. Bottlinger is licensed to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and Texas, initially embarking on his legal career in Houston by defending insurance companies. Despite finding satisfaction in the fast-paced and high-stakes nature of insurance law, he soon recognized his true passion lay in advocating for the rights of everyday individuals. Upon returning to his native Nebraska, Jason has focused on a diverse range of legal areas including estate planning, agricultural law, personal injury claims, contract law, and medical malpractice. He has successfully presented cases across Nebraska, extensive parts of Iowa, and before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis. Born in Omaha and an alumnus of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Jason B. Bottlinger proudly identifies as a lifelong "Husker." Sharing his Nebraska roots, Jason's wife, also a Husker, hails from a family farm in northeast Nebraska. The couple initially met at UNL and later relocated to Texas for Jason's legal education at Baylor University. However, the draw of family brought them back to Nebraska, where they happily call Omaha home. Now parents of two children, the family dynamic keeps them thoroughly engaged.
