In 2018, Stacey became a member of the Flammia Elder Law Firm, where she directs her focus towards estate planning, special needs planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and Medicaid planning. Holding the title of Accredited Veterans Claim Attorney, she is duly qualified to practice law before the VA. Stacey's distinction as a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney underscores her expertise in the realm of Elder Law. A native of Florida, Stacey's roots trace back to Miami. Later, she relocated to Orlando for her education at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies in 2011. Prior to entering law school, Stacey amassed hands-on experience in the legal domain while working as a legal assistant and paralegal. Her dedication to the field continued as she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law in Orlando in 2016. Throughout her time in law school, Stacey served on the Barry University Law Review as a Research and Technical Editor and received numerous book awards, including those in Legal Research and Writing I, Legal Research and Writing II, Torts, and Trial Advocacy. As a compassionate advocate and advisor, Stacey invests her time in assisting families and individuals with matters pertaining to Elder Law.
