About Philip J. Tacason
Philip J. Tacason is a litigation attorney at the law firm of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard and Smith LLP. He represents individuals and corporations in state and federal courts across Nevada. His practice spans various areas of civil and commercial litigation, including professional malpractice, insurance coverage, and bad-faith litigation. In addition, Mr. Tacason serves as statewide coverage counsel for the Nevada Public Agency Insurance Pool (NPAIP), a risk-sharing entity consisting of 134 local governments and political subdivisions across the state of Nevada.
Previously, Mr. Tacason served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Alvin R. (Al) Kacin III, Chief District Judge of the Fourth Judicial District Court. Mr. Tacason is admitted to practice in Nevada and California state and federal courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
