Matthew Emrick has represented numerous agencies both public and private regarding water rights matters including cities and water districts. His expertise in water rights relates to litigation, due diligence and verification, valuations, and practice before the State Water Resources Control Board. He is admitted in both the Federal and State Courts in California including the First, Third and Fifth District Courts of Appeals as well as the United States Northern and Eastern District Courts. He has also practiced before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
