About Christine S. Han

Christine Han, a first-generation Korean American attorney based in Aurora, Colorado, proudly calls the state her home, having earned her bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of Colorado. In 2014, she achieved her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in Michigan. Shortly thereafter, Ms. Han obtained her license to practice law in Colorado and went on to establish the Han Law Group.

Ms. Han's legal prowess and notable success in the courtroom have garnered her numerous awards since the founding of her practice. She credits her skills as a litigator to her formative experience at the 38th District Court in Michigan. Licensed to practice in the United States District Court–District of Colorado and the United States Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Ms. Han is deeply committed to serving her immigration clients and the community at large, drawing inspiration from her family's immigration journey.

As a distinguished member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Ms. Han is renowned for her comprehensive understanding of Immigration Law. Her firsthand experiences as a first-generation Korean American enrich the support she offers to her clients, making her a pillar in the legal community. Beyond her dedication to the Han Law Group, Ms. Han serves as the Immigration and Family Law columnist for the Weekly Focus newspaper and Colorado Times. Actively engaged in the community, she mentors numerous young leaders and holds the position of Legal Counsel on the board of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Denver chapter. Ms. Han further extends her expertise as an experienced Mediator, handling disputes across various legal domains. A member of the Mediation Association of Colorado, she continues to contribute significantly to the legal profession and the well-being of her community.
