About Graeme M. Keith, III

Graeme M. Keith III earned his Bachelor's Degree from Wake Forest University and subsequently obtained his law degree from the Charleston School of Law, where he distinguished himself as a Member of the Honor Council. Following his admission to the South Carolina bar, he chose to join The Keith Corporation in September 2011. Over the past decade, Graeme has actively contributed to various divisions within the company, including Property Management, Brokerage, Acquisitions, and Development, successfully closing deals totaling over $500 million.

In addition to his extensive dealmaking experience, Graeme oversees TKC's Marketing and IT teams and plays a crucial role in shaping the firm's strategy alongside the Executive Team. His development projects span the United States, encompassing diverse ventures such as retail and entertainment shopping centers, distribution centers, and airplane hangars for Department of Defense contractors.

During his time at Wake Forest, Graeme was a member of the nationally top-ranked Demon Deacon basketball team. A lifelong athlete, he maintains an active lifestyle and has participated in challenging events like the XTERRA World Championship of Off-Road Triathlons in Maui, Hawaii, as well as Half and Full IRONMAN triathlons. Graeme's passion for sports extends to team achievements, with his squads securing victories in numerous adventure races and mud runs across the southeast. Committed to community service, Graeme serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, The McCallie School. In this capacity, he chairs the Campus & Facilities Committee and contributes to the Strategic Planning and School Life Committees. Furthermore, Graeme holds positions as a Board Member and Program Chair for the Good Fellows Club, a Board Member and Executive Committee Member for Youth Commission International, and previously served on the Board of Directors for the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
