With 22 years of legal experience at Topkin & Partlow, PL, Mr. Topkin specializes in insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage opinions. As the firm's managing partner, he assumes responsibility for overseeing the organization and distribution of files to fellow attorneys. Additionally, he manages all insurance coverage work for esteemed companies such as Winn-Dixie and Macy's.

Mr. Topkin attributes his success to his efficient goal accomplishment. His journey into the legal realm was sparked by the inspiration he drew from an uncle who served as a prosecutor during the Rockefeller administration. Graduating magna cum laude with a JD from Nova Southeastern University in 1992, he also holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Eckerd College, earned in 1988.

Recently inducted into the Worldwide Registry, Mr. Topkin maintains affiliations with esteemed organizations such as the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, along with various local bar associations, including the Florida State Bar and the Middle District Bar.
