About Ross J. Simpson

Ross, a Chapel Hill native, pursued his undergraduate studies in Political Science at Elon University. Not just a diligent student, he also dedicated his time to the Town of Elon fire Department as a volunteer firefighter, earning recognition as the “Student of the Year” during his tenure.

Furthering his academic journey, Ross enrolled at Elon University School of Law in Greensboro. Post his graduation and successful completion of the bar exam, he commenced his career at The Bradley Law Group. Initially focusing on personal injury cases, his affinity for workers’ compensation law quickly emerged, leading him to head the Workers’ Compensation division by 2017. Ross particularly enjoys cases that intertwine elements of both personal injury and workers’ compensation.

With 12 fruitful years at The Bradley Law Group, Ross established Ross Law to further extend his dedicated service to clients and the community. His unwavering commitment revolves around assisting injured workers in obtaining rightful benefits, compensation, and necessary medical treatments. Beyond his professional endeavors, Ross cherishes moments spent with his wife and two young boys. His leisure activities include travel and indulging in his passion for tinkering with his 1978 Jeep CJ-5 in the garage.
