Sharmin Jalali holds the position of president and managing attorney at Jalali Law, APC. She was born in the United States and spent her formative years in Tehran, Iran. At the age of 17, she returned to the United States with the goal of pursuing a career in law. Her rich and diverse background has had a profound impact on her creativity and strategic thinking abilities.

In 2010, Sharmin became a resident of Orange County and enrolled at the University of California, Irvine. Throughout her academic journey, she consistently earned a place on the dean's honors list until her graduation. She ultimately earned her JD degree from Chapman University's Fowler School of Law.

Before officially becoming a licensed attorney in California in 2017, Sharmin had gained substantial practical experience by working for various law firms for several years. During this period, she became well-versed in a wide range of civil litigation areas, including consumer law, personal injury law, construction law, employment law, bankruptcy law, transactional law, and business litigation, to name a few.

Presently, Sharmin is a seasoned commercial litigator whose practice encompasses all facets of business litigation, with a particular emphasis on contract disputes.
