Jim is a partner in our Augusta office and he specializes in general civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice defense. His clients include hospitals, physicians, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Jim has successfully represented many of these entities through pre-suit investigation to the final judgment which usually resulted in the verdict being ruled in favor of his clients.
