About Daniel A. Herrera, Esq.
Daniel A. Herrera, Esq. is a lawyer in Knoxville, Tennessee. He is the founder and owner of the Law Office of Daniel A. Herrera, PLLC. Daniel was born in Secaucus, New Jersey to two immigrants from El Salvador and Guatemala. He grew up in a family that emphasized the importance of hard work, strong values, and faith.
Herrera attended The Catholic University of America from 2011 to 2015, graduating with degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. While living in Washington D.C., Herrera worked for Congressman Robert Turner of New York’s 9th Congressional District and served the people of New York during Hurricane Sandy. Later, Herrera transferred to work for Congressman Matt Salmon of Arizona’s 5th Congressional District.
After working in Congress, Herrera moved to Charlotte, North Carolina and pursued a degree in law with the intention of practicing federal taxation law. In 2017, Herrera ran for the Charlotte City Council as Republican representing Charlotte’s 3rd District but was defeated. Following this election loss, Herrera worked as a campaign representative for Congressman Robert Pittenger of North Carolina’s 9th Congressional District.
