About Marty Smith
Florida native Marty Smith has been licensed to practice law throughout the state for nearly 40 years. Attorney Smith provides legal services related to business and commercial litigation. His skill set ranges from agricultural law to business and commercial law as well as environment and real estate law. Mr. Smith regularly helps clients with legal matters involving entity formation, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and employment issues.
