Before assuming his role at Enara Law, George served as the COO & General Counsel of CyberSponse, a cybersecurity automation company that underwent a multi-million-dollar acquisition in late 2019. His diverse legal expertise encompasses advising business clients and boards of directors on matters ranging from business disputes and exit transactions to international trade, venture capital financing, intellectual property, and employment issues.

During his time in law school, George gained valuable experience working at the Superior Court of California and with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Additionally, he collaborated with government affairs firms, contributing to lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill for special interest groups. George is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia, New York, and Arizona.
