Patrick J. Landy Jr., a fervent Trial Attorney hailing from Brevard County, Florida, has a compelling background marked by his dedication to the legal field. Following his high school years, Mr. Landy pursued his education at UCF, where he majored in Legal Studies, with minors in Criminal Justice and Political Science. His commitment to excellence is evident through the certificates he earned in civil liberties and trial advocacy. During his time at UCF, Mr. Landy played a pivotal role as the Lead Attorney for the "A" team of the UCF Trial Team. Under his leadership, the team reached the Opening Rounds of the National Championship, and he personally received the "Outstanding Attorney Award" for achieving the highest competition scores in a season. Remaining in Central Florida, Mr. Landy continued his legal journey at the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law at Barry University. There, he once again distinguished himself as a valuable member of the Trial Team, earning the prestigious "Honors Certificate in Trial Advocacy."

In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr. Landy co-founded and served as a board member of the "Veteran’s Legal Society," demonstrating his commitment to advocating for veterans through various fundraisers and clinics. His dedication extended to an internship at the 9th Circuit Public Defender’s Office, where he contributed to the defense in multiple felony cases, including a notable involvement in a 2nd Degree Murder Case that resulted in a Not Guilty Verdict. As the co-founder of Cook & Landy, Mr. Landy has successfully handled a myriad of criminal cases, ranging from DUIs to Homicide. Recognized as a formidable and unwavering advocate for his clients, he has earned the moniker of a "bulldog in the courtroom" from both past and present clients.
