Payton H. Poliakoff is an Associate Attorney at Wadsworth, Margey & Dixon LLP. He focuses his practice areas on personal injury litigation, complex commercial litigation and rendering legal advice to private corporations.

Mr. Poliakoff’s experience includes handling cases in circuit courts for Martin, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and has also managed federal arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. Prior to joining Government Law Group, he served as an Associate at an AM Law 200 firm focused on litigation. Payton served as a law clerk under Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court, Charles T. Canady, interpreting Florida’s Constitution and briefing the Florida Supreme Court on jurisdictional issues pertaining to cases petitioned for certiorari including, but not limited to, complex civil court and death penalty appeals. Mr. Poliakoff also spent time working abroad with the firms Dentons Europe, LLP, in Budapest, Hungary.
