Mr. Marcos M. Garza hails from East Tennessee, having graduated from Vanderbilt University before earning his Master of Science at the University of Tennessee and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Renowned for his advocacy in DUI defense, criminal charges, and representing individuals with serious personal injuries, he established the Garza Law Firm, PLLC.

His expertise extends beyond his academic credentials; Mr. Garza is an alumnus of the esteemed National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia, and the revered Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College® in Dubois, Wyoming—a rigorous 24-day trial skills program. Following his service as a Judge Advocate and Captain in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Garza returned to his East Tennessee roots.
