About Brian Cummings
Attorney Brian Cummings serves clients throughout West Texas and San Antonio. He is a certified fraud examiner and represents cases covering a range of legal matters. Mr. Cummings is incredibly skillful in criminal defense, personal injury, family law, estate planning, business formation, and forensic auditing.
Before opening his legal practice, Dark Horse Law, Mr. Cummings was an Assistant District Attorney and an Assistant Attorney General. Prior to starting his career as a lawyer, Brian Cummings gained invaluable experience in law enforcement and is also a combat veteran.
