About Mark Boardman

As a shareholder of his legal practice, Attorney Mark Boardman has centered his services on business law. Mr. Boardman believes in furthering the legal profession through active involvement and has demonstrated that principle through the many offices and positions of leadership he has held throughout his 40-year career.

Mr. Boardman has served as counsel for over 200 state and local governments and/or employees. Since 2007, he has provided legal services to the City of Chelsea and previously served two terms as the City Attorney for the City of Hoover. For over ten years, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Alabama Council of School Board Attorneys and has also held the positions of president and vice president. He held presidential office for approximately two years with the Alabama Association of Municipal Attorneys.

Attorney Boardman is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States; Alabama Supreme Court; United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama; United States District Court, Middle District of Alabama; and the United States District Court, Southern District of Alabama.
