About Ray Feliz

Ray Feliz, an attorney with a focus on Family and Immigration Law, holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Cornell College and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin. In 2021, he earned the distinction of being elected as the Program Chair for the International Practice Section by the State Bar of Wisconsin.

Prior to co-founding Oasis Legal Group, Ray gained valuable experience through clerkships at Northwestern Mutual Insurance, Community Justice, the University of Wisconsin Athletic Compliance Department, and Habush Habush & Rottier. Additionally, he held roles in sales, management, and business development with Fortune 500 Finance Companies.

Born in the Dominican Republic, Attorney Ray Feliz is a strong advocate for community development through active engagement. During his time in law school, he served on the executive board for several student associations, including the Student Bar Association, Wisconsin International Law Student Association, Black Law Student Association, and the Latino Law Student Association.

Leveraging his background as a business professional and community leader, Attorney Ray Feliz now combines his experience to provide guidance in the areas of family law and immigration for those in need.
