Alphonse Provinziano is a seasoned family law attorney and the founder of Provinziano & Associates, a Los Angeles-based firm that handles divorce, child custody, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, grandparents’ rights, and family law issues involving celebrities and high net-worth individuals. Known for his ability to navigate high-conflict divorces and complex financial matters, Mr. Provinziano is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Since 2004, he has represented clients in over 2,000 matters and more than 160 trials, covering issues such as spousal and child support, guardianship, civil harassment, and jurisdictional disputes.

Mr. Provinziano has held numerous leadership positions within California’s legal community. He currently serves on the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee (2022–2025) and previously served on the California Lawyers Association Family Law Executive Committee (2020–2023) and the Beverly Hills Bar Association Board of Governors (2020–2022). He was also Co-Chair and Co-Vice Chair of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee and has served as Vice Chair Liaison to the Los Angeles Legislative Standing Committee since 2018. A graduate of U.C. Hastings with a concentration in Civil Litigation, Mr. Provinziano began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in San Bernardino County and also worked in insurance defense at a boutique firm in San Francisco. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys travel, wine tasting, time with family, reading, and participating in his local church.
