About Todd C. Miller, Esq.

After graduating from Syracuse University College of Law in 1994, Mr. Miller was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 1995. He honed his skills as an advocate for injured and disabled workers during seven years as an associate attorney. In 2001, he embarked on his solo practitioner journey, with a continued focus on safeguarding the rights of injured and disabled workers. In 2003, Mr. Miller and Mr. Caggiano came together to establish the law firm of Miller & Caggiano, LLP, combining their knowledge in disability law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Miller has had the privilege of representing thousands of injured workers. He is a staunch advocate for the rights of these individuals, and his ability to achieve successful outcomes for his clients is a testament to his extensive experience and the relationships he has built with both colleagues and adversaries.

Mr. Miller is licensed to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court Eastern District of New York. He is also a proud member of various esteemed legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, Injured Workers Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
