Mr. Hormuzd Henry Ezzati, the principal of Ezzati Law, P.C., holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a dedicated member in good standing of the California State Bar. His expertise is centered on United States immigration and nationality law, with a significant involvement in various immigration cases. These cases encompass complex matters such as the retroactive application of immigration laws, administrative decisions, the EB-5 investor program, federal district court lawsuits aiming to compel administrative action, and consular non-reviewability litigation.

Additionally, Henry provides legal representation to both individuals and corporations in contract negotiations spanning a wide range of subjects. This includes facilitating agreements for the purchase and sale of businesses, real estate transactions, and the formation of corporate entities and limited liability companies.

Henry embarked on his legal career as a litigation assistant at Inman & Associates, P.C., where he worked under the guidance of Mr. Maurice C. Inman, Jr., the former General Counsel of the United States Department of Justice's Immigration and Naturalization Services, as well as Mr. T. F. Kranz, the former Principal Deputy General Counsel for the Department of the Army and Navy at the Pentagon. Before entering the legal field, Mr. Ezzati contributed his skills to the Devereux Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to individuals with emotional, developmental, and learning disabilities.
