Before founding The Heidt Law Firm, PLLC, he held positions at major defense contractors, including Orbital Sciences Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Harris Corporation, and Alion Science and Technology Corporation. His expertise spans various fields, encompassing law, finance, business development, and P&L management. Alex boasts a substantial track record in contract drafting and negotiation, having overseen significant deals both nationally and internationally. Notably, he played a pivotal role in assessing, conducting due diligence, and negotiating acquisitions for companies like Lockheed Martin and Harris.

During his tenure as the Director of Contracts and Business Strategy at Lockheed Martin, Alex Heidt led negotiations in some of the most substantial and intricate dealings with the US federal government, the United Nations, and foreign nations. He was a key figure in a team responsible for due diligence and acquisitions exceeding $12 billion.

Having earned his MA in Finance and a Juris Doctorate, in addition to securing multi-billion-dollar contracts throughout his career, Alex Heidt possesses a distinctive perspective on creating comprehensive business and estate planning solutions.
