About Hani Moskowitz

Hani brings more than ten years of firsthand experience in managing numerous family law cases and offering expert guidance to clients dealing with complex issues such as divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, visitation, guardianship, orders of protection, child and spousal support, paternity, juvenile delinquency, persons in need of supervision, and child neglect and abuse. She has honed her skills in handling sensitive and emotional discussions with clients while maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

Additionally, Hani regularly assists clients in pursuing appeals for unfavorable court decisions, collaborating closely with each client to craft persuasive legal briefs supporting their positions. Notably, Hani is a distinguished member of the Attorneys for Children's Panel of the New York State Appellate Division for the First and Second Departments, where she is appointed by respected members of the judiciary to advocate for abused and neglected children. She is licensed to practice law in the New York State Bar, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Hani holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, consistently earning a place on the Dean's List for her outstanding academic achievements. She also earned her law degree from the City University of New York, School of Law, where she actively participated in the Moot Court team and volunteered to represent victims of domestic violence.
