Melinda García, Esq., is at the helm of the transactional practice group at García & Gurney, ALC, where her passion for nurturing and expanding private companies has been a lifelong pursuit. With a career spanning over two decades, Ms. García has been a steadfast practitioner in the realms of business and employment law since the turn of the millennium.

Her professional expertise extends to advising companies in a diverse array of domains, including mergers and acquisitions, employment, executive compensation, intellectual property, international business transactions, corporate formations, and commercial real estate dealings. Furthermore, her proficiency in Spanish equips her as a workplace investigator.

Ms. García's academic journey includes accomplishments at U.C. Berkeley, Santa Clara University School of Law, and a Management Development Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She has also garnered certificates from the Stanford Graduate School of Business Latino Entrepreneur Program and the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley's Venture Capital Executive Program.
