About Daniel A. Murphy
Daniel Murphy represents Floridians who have been seriously injured through no fault of their own. His work focuses on car, truck, and motorcycle accidents as well as slip and falls and injuries sustained on the job. Daniel works closely with his clients to make sure that they recover all of the compensation that they deserve. He was named one of the “Top 40 Under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers Association, a “Rising Star 2018” by the American Institute of Legal Advocates and was selected for Membership as one of the “10 Best Attorneys” in Florida by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
Daniel received a bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, and he received his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School – Tampa Bay Campus.
