About Gary D.E. Pierce

Serving clients from his office in Salt Lake City, Attorney Gary Pierce focuses his practice on cases involving intellectual property, patents, trademarks, copyrights, theft of trade secrets, and unfair competition. He also has experience preparing and negotiating licensing agreements. Mr. Pierce assists clients to protect their patents both domestically and internationally across many industries including chemical processes, pharmaceuticals, dietary and nutritional supplements, and medical and dental devices.

Attorney Pierce is a member of the Utah Bar Association, of which he served as the Vice Chair of the Intellectual Property Section from 1997-1999. His office also offers free consultations.
