About Andrew Rueff

Michael Andrew Rueff, known as Andrew, is a seasoned trial attorney with a wealth of experience representing individuals and their families in numerous legal cases. Throughout his career, he has skillfully handled hundreds of cases, securing favorable outcomes in numerous jury and bench trials. He has also argued multiple cases in our state's appellate courts, particularly in matters concerning personal injury and insurance. Additionally, Andrew regularly provides legal representation for injured workers in their dealings with the Mississippi Workers Compensation Commission.

Andrew's legal practice is centered on advocating for individuals who have suffered injuries, fatalities, or disabilities due to accidents, workplace incidents, or the wrongful actions of others. He has an impressive track record of recovering substantial awards and settlements on behalf of his clients in their battles against national insurance companies and major corporations.

As a lifelong resident of Mississippi, Andrew is an alumnus of Millsaps College and the University of Mississippi School of Law. During his time at law school, he contributed as a faculty research assistant in the field of capital punishment policy and as an advocate for low-income families' children at the University's Civil Legal Clinic. Currently residing in Jackson with his wife, who is a dedicated advocate for disability rights, and their two sons, Andrew's interests extend beyond the legal realm. He finds enjoyment in reading, playing music, immersing himself in outdoor activities, and cherishing moments with friends and family.
