J. Randolph Evans, commonly known as Randy Evans, is a prominent partner within the firm's Litigation Practice, and he maintains offices in both Atlanta and Washington, DC. Boasting a remarkable career spanning over 30 years, Randy is celebrated for his experience as a trial lawyer, having litigated cases not only across the United States but also internationally.

One of the standout chapters in Randy's professional journey was his tenure as the 23rd United States Ambassador to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. In this role, he dedicated himself to fostering stronger bonds of friendship and collaboration between the United States, Luxembourg, and other international partners, leading to notable achievements.

During his ambassadorship, Randy played a pivotal role in orchestrating a historic agreement between the Luxembourg government and the World Jewish Restitution Organization. This groundbreaking accord sought to provide reparations and restitution for dormant bank accounts, insurance policies, and looted art to Holocaust survivors. Announced on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the agreement also allocated financial resources to support Holocaust remembrance, education, and research efforts within Luxembourg.

Furthermore, Randy was honored as the "US Representative" by AmCham, the chamber of commerce organization representing American businesses in Luxembourg.

Presently, Randy continues to contribute to various endeavors, including his service as a member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Prior to his role as US Ambassador, he held several notable positions, such as Co-Chair of the Georgia Judicial Nominating Commission, Chair of the Republican National Lawyers Association, and Georgia Committeeman for the Republican National Committee.
