About Robert M. Adams

Robert's expertise lies in litigating products liability cases against pharmaceutical companies and health insurance providers (HMOs). Alongside overseeing the litigation of numerous cases, he takes charge of preparing for the most significant legal battles at Eglet Adams. Robert collaborates closely with his partner, Robert Eglet, often serving as the second trial counsel in Mr. Eglet's trials. Notably, Robert is the sole partner who joined the firm before pursuing a legal education.

Originally hailing from Utah but raised in Southern Nevada, Robert completed his high school education at Las Vegas's Rancho High School. His career trajectory began in automotive machining, where his analytical skills proved invaluable in problem-solving. His propensity for meticulous issue examination eventually led him to a legal career.

Robert obtained his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Following this, he earned a Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego and began his journey with the firm as a paralegal specializing in catastrophic injuries. While pursuing his law degree at Whittier Law School in Southern California, Robert continued working with the firm during summer and holiday breaks. Further enriching his professional background, he served as a clerk for the Police Litigation Unit at the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, gaining valuable experience in personal injury law.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Robert is an enthusiastic sports aficionado, with a particular fondness for football and auto racing.
