Before joining Anidjar & Levine, Shire initiated his legal career at another law firm specializing in personal injury, specifically within the personal injury protection division. In 2013, Shire embarked on his journey with Anidjar & Levine, initially as a law clerk, and has remained dedicated to the firm ever since. Shire is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he not only excelled academically but also actively contributed to various law-related organizations. His involvement included serving as vice president of The Tort Law Society, participating in the Sports & Entertainment Law Society, the Public Interest Law Society, and the Asian-American Law Students Association. Notably, Shire was selected by his fellow 3L students as the class graduation speaker in 2014, delivering a poignant speech that emphasized the enduring purpose of law as a means to assist others. Shire remains committed to upholding this principle daily.

During his leisure time, Shire cherishes his role as a devoted husband to his wife, Ruby, and treasures moments spent with his extended family and friends. A passionate supporter of the Dolphins, Heat, and Gators, Shire is a dedicated sports enthusiast.
