About Beth L. Clause

Beth Louise Clause embarked on her journey into the legal realm at Tampa College, where she achieved the distinction of Cum Laude and earned her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies. Following this initial academic achievement, she continued her educational pursuits at Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, Florida, where she again graduated Cum Laude, this time in the field of Business Administration. Beth's commitment to her legal education led her to Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate and Masters degrees. Her dedication and passion for the legal profession culminated in her admission to the Florida Bar in 2001.

Presently, Ms. Clause is actively engaged in the practice of civil litigation and family law, with a portfolio of cases spanning Brevard, Seminole, and Orange counties. Before relocating to Brevard County, Beth honed her expertise in family law and civil litigation across various locations, including Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, the Florida Keys, and Orlando. With an impressive 22-year track record, she has demonstrated her prowess in civil and commercial litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Beth served as a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator for 8 years and held the title of Certified Family Law Mediator for 4 years.

Beth's legal journey commenced over a quarter of a century ago when she served as a paralegal/legal assistant, handling personal injury and foreclosure cases for an extensive period of 7 years. Her path then led her to become in-house counsel for Life Investment Funding Enterprises, Inc., where she oversaw the engagement of external legal counsel, pursued legal claims for in-house companies, and offered guidance on regulatory and legal compliance matters.
