Amanda is renowned within the firm as one of its most seasoned trial attorneys. Her extensive experience spans a wide range of cases, from medical malpractice to negligence in construction accidents, resulting in numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts. In the realm of medical malpractice, Amanda has tackled numerous complex cases involving birth injuries, cerebral palsy, surgical errors, delayed diagnoses of conditions such as cancer, and missed diagnoses of critical ailments like heart attacks, strokes, infections, sepsis, hemorrhages, meningitis, abdominal and thoracic aortic aneurysms (AAA and TAA), and shock. Throughout the entire legal process, from depositions to trial, Amanda diligently investigates cases to uncover deviations from proper medical practices and identify preventive measures that could have averted injuries and fatalities arising from medical care.
