Joey Jackson is the Principal and Founder of JOEY JACKSON LAW, PLLC, in Midtown Manhattan, where he represents individuals, labor unions, and clients facing high-stakes criminal defense, labor, employment, and professional crisis matters in state and federal court. A member of the New York Bar since 1995, Mr. Jackson began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan under Robert M. Morgenthau before entering private practice as a trial attorney. Over more than two decades, he has represented clients in courts throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Nassau, Suffolk, and Rockland Counties, as well as in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Jackson is a nationally recognized legal analyst for CNN and has provided legal commentary for major media outlets including Fox News, Fox Business, MSNBC, ABC, Dr. Phil, Dr. Oz, and Court TV. He earned his law degree from Hofstra Law School, where he was active in trial advocacy and later inducted into the Hofstra Law School Hall of Fame.
