Michael J. Epstein is a New Jersey trial attorney with a broad civil litigation practice that includes personal injury, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, legal malpractice, employment law, commercial litigation, and related matters. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1996 and is also admitted in New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. A graduate of Hamilton College and Harvard Law School, Mr. Epstein began his legal career clerking for Justice Marie L. Garibaldi of the New Jersey Supreme Court and Judge Alfred M. Wolin of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and has held leadership roles with the Bergen County Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Association of County Bar Presidents. In addition to representing clients, Mr. Epstein has authored legal updates and articles, participated in reported cases, and remains active in New Jersey’s civil litigation community.
