Workplace Investigation Attorney Trish K. Murphy is the founder of Northwest Workplace Law PLLC, where she focuses on independent investigations and labor and employment law matters throughout the Pacific Northwest. With nearly three decades of legal experience, Trish has conducted hundreds of impartial investigations involving allegations such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee misconduct for public and private organizations and higher-education institutions. She is admitted to practice in Washington and Oregon and brings additional perspective from her background representing employers, employees, and unions, and serving as a neutral for a civil rights enforcement agency. Trish has been a contributing editor to the American Bar Association’s The Developing Labor Law since 2015.
